Is It Done Yet??

I work in a school with no windows and no walls. It makes it feel like a vast, echoing cave of adolescents at times.

So you can imagine I was pretty thrilled when the district announced plans to build a new middle school and demolish my current workplace.

The new school will be totally up-to-date with computer projectors in every room and windows and doors and walls. I'm even getting a real stage for drama club.

They are ahead of schedule, but I wish I could see the blue sky through the windows of my classroom from the INSIDE.

Is it 2011 yet??
